• SAP Crystal Dashboard Design Personal, SAP Crystal Dashboard Design Departmental, Xcelsius 2008 Engage, or Xcelsius 2008 Enterprise version 5.2 (Service Pack 2) or higher
• Salesforce CRM Unlimited, Enterprise, Professional or Developer Edition
• Adobe Flash Player 9 or higher

Salesforce CRM accounts need to be granted API access to view dashboards which access live data

System Dependencies

SAP Crystal Dashboard Design is a Windows desktop application that also requires Microsoft Office. Each person that will be designing dashboards will need a system meeting these requirements. Each version of SAP Crystal Dashboard Design will list the specific software versions of Windows and Office it supports in its documentation.

Installation Size

The DashConn Add-On and associated documentation requires 4Mb of disk space
